If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount will equal 30% of reserved services. To prevent this fee please cancel your appointment more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. If an emergency occurs within 48 hours of scheduled appointment you may contact me directly at 205-269-1662 to notify me that you need to cancel and I will allow you to find an alternative appointment date then waive your cancellation fee. If 3 consecutive appointments are canceled within 48 hours you will be banned from booking indefinitely. No call-no shows will be banned from booking in the future. Deposits are nonrefundable and are required to secure appointment. Deposits go toward your total appointment cost. Your remaining total may be paid with cash or mobile forms of payment at your appointment. Please arrive to your appointment at scheduled time. There is a 20 minute grace period for appointments. Once grace period has expired your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please arrive to your appointment with healthy nails. If you have a set of nails on that were not done by me please add “foreign soak off” to your services or remove them safely on your own. I hold the right to refuse services on damaged or diseased nails.
